With growing demands for both LPG & NGL and the emergence of new markets in the recent years, it is known to be a high priority task for the policy makers in the national regulators, industry bodies and gas companies to transform the traditional gas supply and trading landscape into a more competitive, streamlined, liquid and transparent marketplace.

In Pakistan, we are now a significant participant in the LPG/ NGL market and have a strong customer base of International and Local LPG marketing companies and key International Energy and Gas companies. Our main trading desks are Karachi, Dubai, India & Japan, to support our trading activities we have a portfolio of storage and transportation facilities in place in Karachi.

In late 90’s HTAL ventured into GAS logistics and developed transport solution for LPG importer of Pakistan. Initially, the company started as an agent to handle LPG vessels at Port Qasim, being the first shipping agents to undertake such complex operations while utilizing HTAL’s own technical resource. HTAL managed freight as well as discharging of LPG by specialized manifolds ex vessel and transportation by GAS Bowzers to LPG bottling Plants of its customers. HTAL was highly involved in the charter of vessels as well.

In 2004, HTAL developed and managed logistics solution for NGL (Liquid Cargo) exports from Pakistan. Clients may choose from a wide variety of standard or customized services to meet your individual needs.

These services include:
– Transportation of Naphtha from plant in Liquid Road tankers to Karachi
– Storage at Karachi in Bulk Tanks
– Customs clearance
– Loading on vessel and vessel charter

HTAL has been successfully managing this operation for the last 10 years with current output of about 30,000 metric tons annually.
