HTAL, apart from the Vessel agency, ventured in to complete end to end logistics and support services for its customers. It has even designed and implemented various tailored made solutions for customers with unique requirements; such as manual discharging of LPG through manifolds and complete end to end supply chain solution for Naphtha exports, plant to ship.

- To act as the agent and represent the marine construction equipment such as barges/tugs, accommodation, piling barges etc. for; Marine Mercantile Department, Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Relevant Port Authorities, Pakistan Customs, Naval and Dock Security Agencies etc.
- To arrange permissions for Crew/Worker of the marine constructions equipment to work/operate within the restricted/port area.
- To supply marine crafts like barges, boats etc. for crew and cargo/construction material movement.
- To supply construction material like sand, cement etc.
- To supply construction equipment like bulldozers, trucks, cranes, Excavators etc.
